As I was looking around the AccuQuilt web site I found a pattern called Mix and Match Quilt Dies. It shows you a list of dies and all the blocks you can make from it. There is so much that can be done with the GO! I would have never thought of this, but the great people at AccuQuilt has done it for me. This leaves me more time to quilt.
Hey there, everyone, my name is Scott Hansen, and Blue Nickel Studios is the name of my blog and design company. I have a wonderful wife, Linda, who is a doll artist as well as a great mom to our three teenagers. She has her own blog which you might enjoy too at www.missmabelstudio.com.
I am happy to be part of Charlie's giveaway and am donating a pack of assorted fat quarters from my vast stash. My blog is all about quilts, projects, musings, rhetorical questions, more quilts, and various diatribes and wonderings of color and design and family that inhabit my world. I love to share photos of nature and vintage finds that inspire me, and hopefully inspire you too. I have many free downloadable quilt patterns on my Download page, and I often have giveaways like Charlie is doing here on his site. Some weeks I get a lot of posts in, and other weeks I am so busy, I just don't get time in the blogosphere as I would like. I love to post links to places that remind me of growing up in the 70's and 80's too. I often get to work with the newest lines of fabrics, and I share that news with you too. There are a ton of upcoming projects that I am currently working like mad on, and those will be coming up soon!
I would love to have you stop by the Blue Nickel and just tell me what inspires you. Oh, and tell me Charlie sent you. Maybe I will have another couple fat quarters to giveaway for those who do. Enjoy Charlie's giveaway and Good Luck!!
Take a look at these great FQ that Scott is going to giveaway to one lucky runner up. Those Monkeys remind me of a Barrel of Monkeys I had as a child with there arms out like that. Scott is also going to throw in a scrap bag of fabric to the lucky runner up. Just think of all the neat projects this will lead too.
