Playing Around

I was playing around yesterday before I went and saw Harry Potter in IMAX.
I am only going to say this, OMG!! Why do we have to wait another six months? I WANT PART 2 NOW!!!

This is a test block from scraps. Did not care what fabrics or colors. Turned out great and I love this color combo. Maybe I will display this in my quilt room.

I was cleaning my computer desk off and found this. It my Curve master.

I made these test blocks with it. Curve pieces and no pins. Had both of them done in less than a min. I'm liking this idea. Might have to do something more with it.

GIVEAWAY

The giveaway for a A chenille baby kit with $25 gift certificate or a $50 gift certificate sponsored by Fat Quarter Shop ends on Sunday, December 5th. There's still plenty of time to enter it HERE.

Until next time,

  1. Ohhhhh Charlie. I haven't seen Harry yet, but can't wait. I'm glad it's a good one, because the last one my Granddaughter slept through....grin.

Love your curves. Might have to drag my Curve Master out and try it out.

  2. I have the curve master. I bought it when I needed a new 1/4" foot...it doesn't work so well for that like it says. I do need to try some curves with it; since that's it's purpose!

  4. That would drive me nuts, two parts at a theater? LOL
I am not a theater person, last one I went to was at a drive in.

I need some play time today, still fighting off this horrid cold and just want to do something fun.

  5. They should have done a "Gone with the Wind" length Harry Potter for the last book. I cannot stand the wait.
Curve Master is a great little foot. Check out the Fandango Clams I did for Moda bake shop. I whipped through those drunkard paths.
